Jackie Pullinger, author of Chasing The Dragon, went to the walled city of Kowloon in Hong Kong to minister to the Triad gang members. Even when she was baptised in the Holy Spirit nothing happened in her ministry till she committed herself to speaking in tongues every day for 15 minutes - by the clock. After about six weeks of this, she found new power in her evangelism, and people were much more open to receiving Christ.
